All orders are shipped within 24 hours unless separated by a holiday or high traffic orders. As soon as you place your order, you receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. If you are making a purchase outside of the U.S., Caremed is not responsible for any lost packages. All online orders that need international shipping are required to use First Class mail, and must wait up to 21 business days to receive their package.
